1.What's covered
This SLA covers the availability of two service categories:
- Public Solana RPC endpoints at
*.solanavibestation.comon mainnet-beta. For RPC endpoints, “up” means the endpoint responds to RPC requests AND its current slot is within 25 slots of the cluster’s tip slot (roughly 10 seconds of network lag on mainnet). An endpoint that responds but is materially behind the cluster is not considered up. - VPS hosting. For VPS, “up” means the VM is responsive on its configured public IP and ports, as measured by the status page.
The following are not covered by this SLA:
- Staking pool performance — bound by chain-level consensus and validator behavior
- Hyperion or other premium method-set features — published separately when applicable
2.Authoritative measurement
Uptime for both RPC endpoints and VPS hosting is measured and recorded by our external status page at status.solanavibestation.com. The methodology, probe locations, and incident history published there govern this SLA. We do not maintain a separate measurement; any dispute is resolved against the status page’s published record for the affected calendar month.
3.Uptime target
We target 99.9% monthly availability per calendar month, as reported by the status page.
4.Credit policy
If monthly uptime for a covered service falls below 99% for a calendar month, as reported by the status page, an affected customer is eligible for a credit equal to 50% of that service’s monthly plan fee, applied to the customer’s next invoice. One credit per affected service per calendar month.
5.Exclusions
Downtime from the following is excluded from the calculation:
- Scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance on the status page
- Force-majeure events (natural disasters, regional internet outages, datacenter incidents outside our reasonable control)
- Upstream Solana cluster outages, halts, or consensus failures
- Customer-side network issues, misconfiguration, or DNS
- Suspension for abuse, fraud, or Acceptable-Use violations
6.How to claim a credit
To claim a credit, open a support ticket from the customer portal within 30 days of the close of the affected calendar month. Reference the status-page incident or the published monthly uptime figure for that month. We will confirm eligibility and apply the credit to your next invoice.
7.Sole and exclusive remedy
The credit described above is the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet this SLA. This SLA does not modify the limitation-of-liability terms in the Terms of Service.
8.Live RPC latency telemetry (not the availability SLI)
For RPC request-latency percentiles (p50/p95/p99) on production traffic, see /monitor/response-time. This is operational telemetry only — it is not the availability metric that this SLA is measured against. Credit eligibility is determined by the monthly uptime figure published on the status page, not by latency.
