FAQ
Questions worth asking first
- Who can join?
- Any Solana Vibe Station account holder. Create an account, open Affiliates in the portal, and enrol — there is no separate application or approval queue.
- How long is a referral attributed to me?
- Someone who arrives through your link is tagged with a cookie that lasts for the window set on your affiliate account. If they order inside that window, the order is credited to you even if they did not buy on the first visit.
- When does a commission become real money?
- When your referral pays their invoice. Unpaid and refunded invoices never count toward your balance or your tier progress — the numbers in your dashboard only move on money that actually settled.
- How do tiers work?
- Tiers are driven by your count of paid commissions. Reach the threshold and the higher initial and recurring rates apply to everything you earn from then on. Tiers do not expire or reset.
- How do I get paid?
- Your balance can settle automatically against your own SVS invoices as account credit, or be withdrawn. Your current method is shown on the Affiliates page in the portal, and every withdrawal is listed there with its status.
- Can I refer myself, or my own company?
- No. Self-referrals and orders placed on your own account are not eligible, and we reverse commissions on them. Referring a company you genuinely work with is fine.
- Do I need to be a customer to earn?
- You need an account, but not an active service. That said, the people who do best with this program are the ones running our infrastructure themselves and writing about it honestly.
- Is there marketing material I can use?
- Yes — logos and badges are on the badges page, and the docs are open. We would rather you write in your own voice than paste a template.
